I was scheduled to be in charge of our annual meeting for the first time and I was filled with anxiety.  So I wrote out the qualities that I wanted to exhibit at the meeting.  I’ve used this set at every board meeting since then.  I think this set is particularly appropriate when in charge of any event.  How I wish I could be these things ALL the time.
