These address the issues that got me all hot and bothered at a board meeting. I take them to all my board meetings - spread them out on the table and then pick out the card that is being called for now... and let it remind me that I have choices in how I react to the world. I CAN act closer to how I want to. I CAN choose my behavior. I don't have to be a slave to my emotions or my conditioning. I CAN Change!!
